After a short hiatus, 
Caroline Reichel, better known as the Erie Cemetery Lady, is back guiding tours of the Erie Cemetery. On Sunday, July 12th Ms. Reichel’s tour highlights Erie’s mayors who served the city in the 19th Century, and on Sunday, July 19th her “Erie Breweries” tour includes the gravesites and stories about McNair, Conrad, Curtze, Fuess, and Koehler, to name a few.
Tours begin at 11 am and 2 pm. Tours last approximately 60-90 minutes. All tours start at the main gate of the Erie Cemetery, 2116 Chestnut Street.
Cost: $10 per adult, $8 per child (12 and under)
Reservations can be made by calling Caroline Reichel at (814) 868-4423 – or arrive at the Erie Cemetery’s gate and purchase your tickets at the day of the tour.
