Fairview Area Historical Society invites you to visit their summer exhibit “Danger in Our Midst: Fairview Township, Erie County and the War of 1812.” A preview weekend is scheduled for Sunday, May 26 noon to 4 p.m. and Monday, May 27 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Society is housed in the historic Sturgeon House at 4302 Avonia Road (Rte. 98) and it’s regular summer hours are Sundays 1 – 4 p.m. (June 16 – August 18). Call (814) 474-5855 for information or to make arrangements for a guided tour. Admission is free.
