The Elk Creek Township Historical Society invites you to join them for a weekend of Easter festivities March 12th and 13th at the Little Church on the Hill.
What’s happening on Saturday, March 12th?
2 – 3 pm Face painting with Taradoodles, bunny cuddle time with adoptable bunnies from EARS (Erie Area Rabbit Society & Rescue), photos with the Easter Bunny ($3 suggested donation), and spring crafts and activities.
3 pm Boy, girl, and toddler raffle basket drawings. Every child who has their picture taken with the Easter Bunny will receive one free ticket. Additional tickets will be available for purchase for $1.
3 – 4 pm Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt is limited to 25 children, and is FREE. But, parents MUST RSVP their children by March 5th! Please RSVP through Facebook, by email at echistoricalsociety@gmail.com, or by phone at 814-323-0447. There will be a toddler-friendly egg hunt open to children age 1-2, and a hunt for kids ages 3-12. Please let them know how many children will be attending and the ages of each child when registering!
What’s happening on Sunday, March 13th?
3 pm Easter for Furry Friends. Bring your furry friends, big and small, for pictures with the Easter Bunny at The Little Church on the Hill! The requested donation is $3 per picture. All pooches and puppies that take a picture with the Easter Bunny are eligible to participate in a Doggy Easter Egg Hunt around the Little Church on the Hill to find edible Easter Egg Treats.
4 pm Raffle Basket Drawings for Doggy, Kitty, and Small Furry Friends. One free ticket will be given to everyone that has a photo taken with the Easter Bunny. Additional tickets will be available to purchase for $1.
There is no limit to how many animals come, but you DO need to be registered by March 5th so the Easter Bunny can be sure to bring enough treats! Registering is easy. Call 814-323-0447 or email echistoricalsociety@gmail.com. Be sure to let them know the number of pets you are bringing and the kinds!
