Registration Open for Statewide Conference on Heritage

FORUM 2014, scheduled for July 16-20, 2014 in Philadelphia, will bring together the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions’ biennial training program for local preservation boards and commissions with the Statewide Conference on Heritage/Byways to the Past, presented annually by Preservation Pennsylvania and PennDOT.  This unique partnership will offer tours, workshops, and educational sessions about a variety of topics related to design review, cultural resource management, legal issues, and historic preservation planning in urban, suburban and rural settings throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The program for FORUM 2014 combines the best aspects of the annual Pennsylvania Statewide Conference on Heritage/Byways to the Past with the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions biennial training program for local preservation commissions and review boards.  Whether you are a cultural resource professional, archaeologist, planner, architect, engineer, elected official, municipal administrator, or the member of a HARB or Historical Commission, there are plenty of options on the agenda.
